Our Story
Exec AV was born out of a shared passion for the AV industry and a strong family bond. My cousin, Marco Calle, and I, Alejandro, combined our unique skills and experiences to create something truly special in 2022. Marco's journey into the world of audio/visual began in high school, inspired by his stepfather and guided by remarkable mentors. These early experiences laid the foundation for his career, but the path wasn't always smooth. Securing consistent work was challenging, and it took persistence and dedication to overcome the initial hurdles.
My own journey was shaped by hands-on experience and a relentless drive to master the technical aspects of audio and visual production. Originally from Peru, I moved to the United States in 2018. Thanks to Marco's connections, I got my start in the AV industry through the labor aspect, learning the ropes and building my skills from the ground up. As I grew in the industry, I made my own connections and developed a deep understanding of the technical side of AV production.

Marco and I often discussed our dreams and aspirations, and we realized that by joining forces, we could achieve more together than we ever could apart. In 2022, we decided to take a leap of faith and founded Exec AV. From the beginning, our goal was to deliver top-tier AV solutions while maintaining a personal touch. We started small, relying on word of mouth and our growing reputation for excellence. Marco's expertise in project management and video engineering, coupled with my technical prowess and innovative approach, formed the backbone of Exec AV.
Building Exec AV from the ground up wasn't easy, but Marco and I made a great team. Marco's strong-headed and determined nature balanced well with my laid-back and flexible approach. We both bring a wealth of knowledge and a strong work ethic to the table, but we handle things in our own unique ways. This blend of styles allowed us to tackle challenges from different angles and come up with the best solutions.
